A warm hello …

Due to ongoing commitments, Callie is unfortunately no longer able to continue with her volunteer role as Co-ordinator for the FHT Central & SW London local support group. However, the FHT are hoping to get a replacement Co-ordinator to keep things going!

Callie will keep these pages up & running for a while longer, as they are attached to her own personal website.

Please do continue to use the Treatment Swop Forum too!!!!!!

As an independent therapist it is all too easy to feel alone and isolated. This can be a factor in leading therapists to abandon their profession.

The FHT’s (Federation of Holistic Therapists) Local Support Group network has been created to dispel many of these feelings and allow you to feel part of a much larger family, both at a local and a national level.

These meetings offer a chance to meet with other like-minded people and share your experiences as well as the opportunity to enjoy furthering your knowledge by listening to various speakers.

The Local Support Group meetings are also a useful way to meet your Continuing Personal and Professional Development (CPPD) commitments, as all attendees are given a certificate of attendance worth 2 credits for each event attended.

FHT members are also able to exchange messages on our own forum – check out the FHT website for further information.

Notes will be placed under Calendar of Events from each meeting, as well as electronic versions of handouts where available.
