Situation vacant : Secretary

As part of FHT South West London Support Group, we are now looking for someone who is a regular attendee to volunteer as Secretary.

 

The position of Secretary means working closely with the co-ordinator and treasurer. Duties will include:

 

1. Assisting with meetings (5-6 meetings per year)
2. Helping to organise events – both social and business-related
3. Assisting with calendar of events, finding guest speakers etc.
4. Assisting with preparatio of materials for each meeting (if required)
5. Assisting with the set-up of each meeting.

Situation vacant : Treasurer

As part of FHT South West London Support Group, we are now looking for someone who is a regular attendee to volunteer as Treasurer.

 

The position of treasurer means working closely with the co-ordinator and secretary. Duties will include:

 

1. Collecting entry fees at each meeting (5 – 6 meetings per year)
2. Keeping financial records on a simple spreadsheet
3. Working together with the co-ordinator regarding banking duties
4. Assisting the group to plan and budget.
